Brittany’s recent work has focused on stabilizing and rebuilding regulatory‑sensitive service operations within consumer lending portfolios. She has led credit reporting remediation under FCRA and UDAAP exposure, rebuilding Metro 2® programs and eliminating multi‑month backlogs within weeks while significantly reducing reporting iterations. Also, she built enterprise‑wide cash reconciliation from the ground up across multiple payment rails, drove AI‑enabled quality control and complaints governance, and reinforced executive‑level reporting and cadence.

In high-pressure environments, Brittany has led collections transformations that improved recovery performance, increased right‑party contact rates, and reduced early‑stage delinquencies.
