Her specialized skill set spans operations, controls, risk, data/technology, project and talent management. Recognized as a trusted advisor, Linda’s concise communication of complex information has established her as a trusted advisor to clients, which is core to her success from design to delivery.
Prior to Bridgeforce, as a Senior Vice President at KeyBank, Linda led a range of cross-functional initiatives. This included process automation with robotics, process improvement, design of a measurement/metric database and of the corporate reconciliation platform as well as system conversions to new and/or existing platforms. She also implemented KeyBank’s first business process outsourcing of reconciliation functions. Linda was recognized by KeyBank and the vendor for outstanding results related to BPO.
Linda’s success in recent projects includes vital project management support for a climate risk initiative and conducting a third party risk control standard assessment for high-risk vendors.
