Andrew is the Chief Operations Officer for Bridgeforce, domestically and internationally. He has focused on improving international organizations operationally and strategically, and specializes in leading clients through the launch or re-engineering of operational capabilities and platforms, especially when challenged in vendor relationships. Andrew has worked with clients in the U.K. and Eurozone on improving customer journeys, digital transformations, loss mitigation strategies, mortgage risk mitigation, fraud strategies, credit line and authorizations strategies (credit cards and current accounts) and staff training. He has also worked with U.S. and Latin American clients on fraud strategies, consumer lending and organizational alignment.
Andrew has been recognized for his ability to build quality relationships and teams, and adapt to new environments, demonstrated in projects such as overhauling operations for a client who was unprepared to manage service levels and provide quality customer experience after a portfolio migration. Prior to Bridgeforce, Andrew served as the Chief Operations Officer for MXT Card Services, a start-up credit card and portfolio management company, and Chief Operating Officer for the credit card joint venture between Bank of America and IXE Banco in Mexico City. An outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and boating, Andrew lives in the Blue Ridge mountains with his wife and two dogs. And when he’s not traveling for work, Andrew and his wife enjoy exploring new cultures and locations around the world.
