As an Associate Partner overseeing Operations and HR, Tricia wears multiple hats as both an advisor to many client-side operational challenges, and a key driver in organizational excellence for Bridgeforce. She places people as her top priority by sponsoring and championing all people-related programs. Her leadership over operations maintains Bridgeforce’s reputation for superior client experience, particularly for clients undergoing restructuring and growth.
Tricia brings more than 25 years of experience in HR and workplace culture, supporting and clients in areas such as organizational transformation, change management, talent acquisition, talent management, incentive programs, training, and leadership development. Notably, she designed and implemented an interviewing and selection process that enabled a client to hire a new team of 40 within 6-weeks, achieving a 95% retention rate after one year. Recently, she trained a client’s debt collection team on a proven call model and empathetic communication, while equipping the client’s internal trainers to deliver future training effectively.
Prior to Bridgeforce, Tricia managed talent acquisition and was a strategic business partner to at Voya Financial. She has identified organizational structures, improved processes to minimize risk and redesigned approaches to recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training.
Tricia holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and actively participates in HR industry conferences focused on change management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and cultural transformation. She has also been invited to speak at multiple conferences on the topics of culture, leadership, trust, and empathy. Tricia recently won the Culture Curator Uplift Award from Women in Consumer Finance in honor of creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, safe, and supported.
Tricia resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, daughter and two dogs. When not busy watching her daughter play softball, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling, with Scotland and Ireland topping her list of destinations.
