Prior to Bridgeforce, as a Senior Vice President at KeyBank, Linda spearheaded transformative initiatives that included implementing robotic process automation, and leading system conversions.  Under her guidance, KeyBank launched its first business process outsourcing (BPO) initiative for reconciliation functions—a project celebrated for its measurable improvements and vendor collaboration success.

Linda’s expertise has also been pivotal in driving recent client successes, such as providing project management support for a climate risk initiative and conducting a third-party risk management framework assessment. Her ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights has made her a trusted advisor, with clients frequently commending her clarity and ability to exceed expectations.
