Bo has more than 20 years of experience in risk management and controls across all lines of defense. Recently, he designed a compliance management system from the ground up, and has developed detailed enhancement plans for existing systems. Bo brings peace of mind to clients ranging from credit unions to top 5 banks by assuring that all regulatory bases are covered.

After joining Bridgeforce in 2013, Bo has led numerous engagements with clients to build out right-sized three lines of defense risk models and has delivered risk and control solutions that have garnered significant praise from regulatory examiners and clients alike.

Bo regularly leverages his experience as both a former Division Manager of Wilmington Trust and management consultant to deliver real results in the regulatory compliance space.

Bo lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and two children.
