He assures our clients that the risk and control expectations are effective, efficient and appropriate to an organization’s size, risk profile and complexity.

Bo has led numerous engagements with clients to build out right-sized three lines of defense risk models and has delivered risk and control solutions that have garnered significant praise from regulatory examiners and clients alike. Recently, he assessed and designed compliance management systems and developed detailed enhancement plans of existing control environments to prepare for and respond to, regulator examinations.

Bo lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Paige, and three children, is an avid music lover, and venerates the frustrations of shooting sporting clays.
