As an HR professional with over 20 years of experience, Tricia has strategically advised and partnered with leadership teams, guiding them through significant organizational transformation due to restructuring, growth, outsourcing and IPO. She has redesigned the recruiting model, managed all facets of HR and participated in strategic oversight on operations projects, along with providing client support in HR, training and development—most recently having assessed and redesigned a client’s incentive program.
Prior to Bridgeforce, Tricia managed talent acquisition and was a strategic business partner to the Risk, Finance and IT division at Voya Financial. She has identified organizational structures, improved processes to minimize risk and redesigned functions for recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training. And she managed all aspects of change management and training around organizational transformation. Tricia resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, daughter and Bernese Mountain Dog. When not busy with her daughter’s activities, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling, with Scotland and Ireland topping the list.
