Ray launched his career at Capital One and quickly advanced to senior leadership positions in auto finance and collections. He served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Driveway Capital and Assistant Vice President at Santander Consumer USA, where he managed multimillion-dollar delinquency portfolios and led large-scale collections teams.

Ray is known for ensuring compliance, implementing risk management strategies, and optimizing portfolios, resulting in sustained reductions in delinquency rates and improved recovery performance.​

Combining his operational expertise with a focus on revenue growth, Ray served as sales director at Ideal Agent, where he expanded the team from 12 to 120+ employees in less than a year, earning INC 5000 recognition. Throughout his career, Ray has excelled at cross-functional collaboration, accelerating hiring and onboarding, and instituting KPI-driven performance systems with advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Provana, and Genesys.
