Quan is an expert at capturing end-to-end process activities with a focus on identifying gaps and control opportunities. He has participated in several cross-functional business projects, including assignments within loan and credit card servicing, default collections, and loan originations.
Quan’s recent projects include a four-week evaluation of real estate appraisal processes that resulted in recommendations yielding annual savings of 27.2% for mortgage and home equity products combined. For another recent engagement, Quan assisted with the development of an improved method for processing foreclosure files, which consisted of a new process of attending to affidavits submitted by foreclosure attorneys that eliminated redundant activities and resolved a backlog of over 500 files within a span of four weeks.
Prior to Bridgeforce, Quan worked for Bank of America and Citibank. When not engaged in client work, you can find him cheering for one of his hometown North Carolina sports teams from Atlanta, Georgia.
