I co-founded Bridgeforce to create a company with the true skills and experience needed to deliver real results to clients and successfully bridge the gap between operations and technology.

Bringing more than 27 years of experience, including progressive management positions in the financial services industry and entrepreneurial leadership roles in early stage companies, John works closely with clients ranging from global financial institutions to non-bank and specialty finance companies, as well as investment firms with interest in consumer lending on various strategic and tactical initiatives. This includes standing up and/or enhancing digital, fintech and operational capabilities, and providing business optimization solutions while successfully navigating the complex and everchanging regulatory and compliance landscape.

John has been directly involved in five start-up companies and continues to serve as an advisor to numerous businesses that have gone from beginning stages to success. He has also led several mission critical initiatives related to business and technology transformation. Consistent with his passion for new technology, John was invited to serve as Managing Partner and EVP of Operations of WhiteOptics—another start-up focused on developing new digital and energy-efficient solutions for the lighting industry, where he served as a board member. After achieving global relevance, WhiteOptics joined Acuity Brands, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded, solutions provider with a global footprint..

John resides in Delaware, and when he’s not helping clients, he’s out on the water with his family or enjoying his passion for music.
