An organization-wide technology transformation initiative included the implementation of a System of Record solution that had never been implemented in the client’s market.
Bridgeforce led 3 workstreams (Service, Default & Compliance)
Bridgeforce’s deep industry expertise helped the client write requirements to better position them for a successful SOR conversion.
The client had partnered with a 3rd party supplier to implement an all-new System of Record for Servicing and Default. The 3rd party supplier was new to the client’s market with limited (servicing) to no existing functionality (default).
Bridgeforce was engaged after the project team wasn’t able to make adequate progress. We conducted a 4-week assessment to understand and document the project’s current status. The assessment clarified a need to backtrack before forward progress could resume. Bridgeforce proposed a more structured approach to user story documentation, which laid the foundation for use case development.
We actively worked with all relevant functional areas to drive engagement and accountability in requirements definition. We provided credible challenge to proposed solutions that ultimately drove improvements in automation and operational control.
A separate compliance workstream developed a Regulatory Applicability Matrix, assured user stories supported applicable regulations, and then reviewed the stories for adequacy in covering regulations.
