Since joining Bridgeforce in August 2018, Katherine has worked with one of the top 10 UK banks to develop a new mortgage proposition in the intermediary arm. She analysed the existing mortgage process to design and implement a new product; designed and implemented multiple mortgage processes spanning from fulfilment to litigation; and developed and conducted training to business areas involved in the journey.

Before Bridgeforce, Katherine gained 9 years’ experience working with various UK mortgage lenders in operational and underwriting environments dealing with both direct and intermediary applications. During this time, Katherine was also able to work closely with internal fraud departments for both secured and unsecured lending providing further depth to her mortgage knowledge. Katherine lives in Edinburgh and enjoys running and being outdoors.
