Anne is a results-oriented leader with a diversified background in operations and risk management. Her deep experience in servicing operations, production operations and large-scale change initiatives has helped clients improve operational efficiency and control. During her years of financial services management and leadership experience, Anne has run almost every front- and back-office operation across the consumer credit lifecycle, including credit operations, servicing and collection call centers, customer correspondence and billing disputes, payment processing, card and statement production.
Recent projects for Anne have included an SCRA/MLA Control Assessment, and a Student Lending Control Assessment. Her experience stems from progressively more responsible positions at MBNA / Bank of America, starting as a Customer Satisfaction Representative and finishing as the Global Executive over Credit Print and Finish Production Operations. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, she was the Director of Risk for a start-up affinity credit card marketing and management firm.
Anne lives in Florida in the winter, and Delaware in the summer. She loves to travel, eat good food and see live music.
